At our company, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software quality assurance specialist to join our team.
Job Description
We are looking for an individual who can serve as the technical owner of product quality across all AI, automation, and software solutions delivered to clients. This role requires a deeply technical professional who can understand, test, and validate every component of our architecture.
* Evaluate application logic, agent workflows, API integrations, prompt quality, and error handling;
This is not a traditional QA position. The expectation is that this person will build improve automate the entire quality function. They will use technology enhanced development tools create automated test harnesses design diagnostic utilities implement intelligent systems that help us scale internally.
Key Responsibilities Full Stack Quality Engineering Develop QMS framework internal external solutions Comprehensive test plans front-end backend automation layers Validate application logic all components architecture Test reliability consistency safety guardrails edge case scenarios Build automate appropriate using modern frameworks tools Work with engineering integrate into QA processes such automated prompt scoring conversational flow validation Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner engineering define acceptance criteria ensure all work observable Coordinate closely engagement manager ensure project readiness risks before client delivery Communicate findings clearly actionable remediation guidance Serve final technical gate deliverables Process Development Continuous Improvement Establish standard continuously improve scale Create reusable testing templates use across client projects Analyze recurring issues lead efforts resolve root causes Drive culture technical excellence reliability throughout engineering team Qualifications Required Strong fundamental knowledge JavaScript TypeScript Python React API driven applications Experience testing enabled products interfaces complex automation workflow Ability build automate system tools Such Playwright Cypress custom experience agentic voice workflow n8n Make excellent communication skills coordinating engineering client-facing teams Preferred Experience implementing strategies RAG embedding vector search pipelines Familiarity CI pipelines run automated checks evaluation tests Experience consulting environment direct ownership deliverables Work Environment Benefits Competitive compensation performance incentives Remote-first opportunity influence architecture reliability technological operation culture prioritizes innovation high standards use operations
