This role serves as the internal technical authority for CRM systems, workflows, automations, integrations, and platform performance. This position ensures OutfitMD has full internal control, visibility, and scalability of its systems. The role is highly technical, execution-focused, and critical to the company's ability to scale efficiently By maintaining strong internal ownership of platform logic and automation, this role enables seamless operations across Sales, Implementation, Client Success, and Marketing ensuring systems evolve alongside the business and can reliably support increased volume, complexity, and long-term expansion.
