Key Account Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
* Working closely with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of business plans.
* Identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize performance.
* Achieving monthly sales targets through new customer acquisition and upsell/cross-sell activities.
* Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maximizing share of wallet.
* Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up activities.
Ideal Profile
* At least 5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Account Management.
* Strong prior experience in Marketing, Sales, and Technology.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Organized and able to multi-task effectively.
* Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data.
