Who will you be working with?

In this role, you will report to the IT Technical Project Manager in a global team and will specialize in designing, building, testing, and deploying HICX configuration and data integration solutions in support of the Wabtec Global Vendor Management Platform (HICX).

How will you make a difference?

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering data integration projects based on the Source to Pay Program ERP integration schedule. You will partner with IT AppX Supply Chain Teams, cross-organization IT teams, and Functional Product Owners to design, build, test, and deploy HICX configuration and data integration solutions

What do we want to know about you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working with HICX or similar Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM) platforms.
- Proven experience in system administration, data management, and user support.
- Familiarity with supplier management processes and procurement systems.
- Strong understanding of HICX platform functionalities and capabilities.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with data privacy and security standards.
- HICX certification or training is preferred.
- Experience with integrations between HICX and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Knowledge of procurement and supplier management best practices.
- Advanced/Fluent English.

What will your typical day look like?

Your priority is seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders, including but not limited to: Customers, Process Owners, Enterprise Architects, Application Managers, Development teams, and Technical Architects. In this role, you will:

- Oversee the configuration, management, and ongoing administration of the HICX platform.
- Customize workflows, forms, and reports to meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the system, escalating when necessary.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
- Ensure the HICX platform is up-to-date with the latest features, patches, and upgrades.
- Ensure the accurate entry, maintenance, and validation of supplier data within the platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure suppliers meet the required compliance and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring proper integration into the HICX platform.
- Provide support for internal users, answering questions, resolving issues, and assisting with any system-related challenges.
- Offer regular training and updates to users to ensure effective use of the platform.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for platform users.
- Ensure that supplier data is maintained in compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Monitor user access and permissions, ensuring the platform is used appropriately and securely.
- Coordinate with IT and compliance teams to ensure the HICX platform adheres to industry best practices.
- Generate and deliver regular reports on supplier data, onboarding progress, and system performance to key stakeholders.
- Track system performance metrics and propose enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Participate in the evaluation and testing of new platform features or upgrades.
- Stay up-to-date with HICX product developments, industry trends, and best practices.
