Role OverviewWe are looking for an LP Partnership Manager to drive business development and build strong relationships with liquidity providers across key regions. This role will be instrumental in sourcing, onboarding, and managing LP partners, while working closely with the trading team to optimize liquidity, pricing, and execution. The ideal candidate is highly connected within the local market, with a strong network of liquidity providers and a deep understanding of regional payment and banking landscapes.Key Responsibilities Business Development & Partnerships Identify, source, and establish relationships with local and regional liquidity providers Evaluate LP quality (pricing, depth, reliability, regions covered) Negotiate trading terms (spreads, fees, credit lines, margin terms)Market & Network Development Leverage existing network to expand LP coverage in key regions (APAC, LATAM, Africa) Maintain strong relationships with banks, payment providers, and liquidity partners Stay up to date with local market dynamics, pricing trends, and competitive landscapeExecution & Collaboration Work closely with traders to ensure optimal liquidity, pricing, and execution quality Coordinate with internal teams to onboard LPs and ensure smooth operational setup Support ongoing performance monitoring and optimization of LP relationshipsBanking & Infrastructure Setup Facilitate opening of bank accounts and payment rails required for LP operations Identify suitable partners to support local currency flows and settlementRequirements 5 to 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or liquidity management Strong experience in payments, FX, trading, or related financial services Well connected with liquidity providers, banks, and payment partners Proven ability to source and onboard LPs in local markets Strong understanding of regional market structures and liquidity dynamics Must have strong, deep LP network in at least one of the following regions: LATAMVision & Mission OSL is the first SFC-licensed digital asset platform in Hong Kong and a PayFi innovator.
