About the role We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our international team and lead the recruitment of senior-level talent. In this role, you will focus on identifying, attracting, and engaging top candidates who align with our company’s vision and values. Success in this role requires a strategic approach to talent acquisition, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of executive search.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market mapping to identify strong candidates in target industries and companies.
Source candidates using a variety of tools and techniques.
Provide reports and meaningful insights on recruitment activities.
Conduct screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
Manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to drive hiring success.
Ensure a fair and consistent hiring process for all candidates.

Must-haves:
4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, ideally in fast-paced or international environments.
Fluent English (Advanced level) – excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills – detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.
Proven experience hiring for leadership roles, both technical and non-technical.
Metrics-driven and goal-oriented.
Collaborative team player – positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a passion for hiring top talent.
As a plus: Experience in hiring high volume for software engineering in rapidly growing tech scale-up.
