* Proven experience in handling large-scale Salesforce projects as a Delivery Manager/Program Manager/Delivery Leadership/Governance
* Strong implementation skills for the Salesforce CRM platform
* Able to manage big teams with prime responsibility for delivery and operations on multiple tracks
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
* Responsible for Epic and feature releases to clients as per quarter plan
* Conducting monthly governance and weekly status updates with business & IT stakeholders
* Closely engaged with Salesforce to build umbrella solutions for senior executive reporting
