Key Account Specialist in Life Sciences
We are seeking a skilled Key Account Specialist to enhance customer success and drive growth.
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree or PhD in relevant disciplines with 1-3 years of experience in client-facing roles.
Conduct daily outreach to faculty members to integrate educational resources into their courses, increasing product adoption and engagement through presentations and demos.
Strengthen subscription renewal outcomes by providing seamless implementation support and consistent usage of our resources.
Influence product decisions by communicating customer insights to sales, product, and marketing teams.
Requirements:
* Master's degree or PhD in relevant disciplines
* 1-3 years of experience in client-facing roles
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Knowledge of education trends and challenges in assigned content areas
* Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building long-term relationships
* Experience in networking using cold calling (preferred)
