Registred Nurse
We are looking for a skilled Registred Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in gerontology and be able to provide high-quality care to elderly patients.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Registred Nurse to take on a leadership role in our healthcare team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, leading a team of nurses, and contributing to the development of nursing policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality patient care, including assessments, treatments, and education;
* Lead a team of nurses to ensure excellent patient outcomes and efficient workflow;
* Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient care and staff performance;
* Maintain accurate records and reports, as required by law and organizational policy;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Active COREN registration;
* At least 4 years of experience in a private healthcare company, preferably in gerontology or emergency services;
* Strong leadership and communication skills;
* Able to work independently and as part of a team;
