We're seeking an experienced Google Ads specialist to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for managing Google Search, Display & YouTube campaigns for multiple SaaS accounts.
Your primary objective will be to drive pipeline creation and revenue growth through data-driven decision making and experimentation. You'll work closely with clients to set expectations, pitch growth plays, and deliver results that exceed their goals.
To succeed in this role, you'll need 5 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads for B2B SaaS, including SQL generation track record. You must also be fluent in HubSpot or similar CRM tools and Google Tag Manager.
We're looking for a proactive, independent thinker who can juggle multiple accounts and communicate effectively with clients at all levels. If you're passionate about driving growth and have a proven track record in Google Ads management, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Google Search, Display & YouTube campaigns for 8-12 SaaS accounts
* Optimize Google Ads based on HubSpot data
* Launch and iterate experiments weekly - ad copy, offers, LPs
* Map lead → SQL → Revenue; surface relevant keywords & winning campaigns
* Present insights that kill waste and scale winners
* Run monthly reviews, set client expectations, and pitch growth plays
Must-Haves:
* 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience for B2B SaaS
* Fluent in HubSpot or similar CRM tools and Google Tag Manager
* Able to juggle 5+ accounts solo; proactive, zero hand-holding
* Copy chops that turn complex SaaS value props into irresistible search ads
* Independent thinker

Compensation and Perks:
