As a Guest Experience Agent, you play a vital role in creating a quintessential unrivalled guest journey full of personalised memorable moments, which are unique and locally immersive. - Collaborate with the Banqueting Manager to continually improve the standards of beverage service, ensuring a premium experience for all guests. - Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages to recommend and create tailored drink menus. - Assist in refining the setup and presentation of our bar areas, ensuring that every event showcases a professional and visually appealing bar environment. - Assist the Banqueting Manager in creating innovative cocktails and themed bars which can be added as part of our portfolio. - Provide ongoing training to the Xara Catering bar staff, ensuring they are well-versed in bartending techniques. - Proven experience as a Head Bartender or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality or catering industry. - Exceptional knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and other beverages. - Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a commitment to training and mentoring staff. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - Full Time Job - Experienced 3 years - Hospitality and Leisure - Hotel, Restaurant and Catering
