Sr Delivery Manager is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of services to clients. This role requires strong collaboration with internal teams and direct engagement with clients to ensure projects are executed to the highest standard. The role must ensure delivery strategies are aligned with client expectations, contractual agreements and business objectives. The position requires strong leadership, communication and organizational skills to manage complex projects and deliver value to clients.

Qualifications and experience:
Experience in the IT industry and in management and leadership roles.
Develop and implement delivery strategies that are aligned with business objectives and client needs.
Lead, mentor and develop a team of delivery managers and project leaders.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the status of key projects and overall client satisfaction.
Digital Marketing, Campaigns, Analytics, Reporting, Customer Data Platform, Personalization and its technologies
Expertise in multiple solutions and experience in delivering various digital strategies, providing strategy, software and technical architecture expertise and guiding cross-functional project teams to ensure customer success
Expertise in implementing different personalization experiences using Salesforce, Adobe stacks.
Lead multiple solutions in fixed price and managed services execution models.
Experience working with offshore development centers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service delivery.
Project estimation, scope definition, resource allocation and project timeline estimates.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with services delivered.
Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and expectations.
Manage escalations and provide timely resolution of client concerns.
Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of all client engagements, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets and quality standards.
Ensure all projects meet contractual requirements and are delivered in accordance with company best practices and methodologies.
Monitor project performance and take proactive corrective actions as needed.
Experience with SaaS CRM and/or Salesforce will be appreciated and highly preferred.
Advanced English.
