Responsibilities:
* Experience in requirements elicitation, modeling, and documentation. In this role, you will act as the central interface between business departments, product managers, and the development team, supporting projects throughout the entire requirements lifecycle—from analysis to quality assurance;
* Collection, analysis, validation and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements;
* Collaboration with stakeholders from different departments to find solutions;
* Creation of user stories and requirements according to established standards and best practices (e.g. IREB);
* Modeling and description of requirements using standardized methods (e.g. UML, BPMN, typesetting templates, GUI mockups);
* Support in implementation through continuous requirements management and quality assurance;
* Support of product owners and project management in release preparation and structuring;
* Maintenance and prioritization of the product backlog in close coordination with the stakeholders;
* Definition of acceptance criteria in collaboration with PO and development team;
* Technical support of the development team in solution development;
* Close collaboration with test and quality management to ensure requirements coverage;
* Moderation of workshops and presentations for requirements collection and coordination.
Qualifications:
* Certification in requirements engineering (e.g. IREB CPRE) is an advantage;
* Practical experience with agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, SAFe);
* Very good knowledge of creating user stories and use cases;
* Experience with tools for requirements modeling (e.g. Enterprise Architect, Confluence, Jira);
* Strong communication and moderation skills;
* Structured, analytical way of working with high quality standards.
