Account Management Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Account Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact for multiple assigned accounts, you will be responsible for overseeing the continued development of business from onboarding to account lifetime.
Your key objectives will include:
* Assisting in revenue-generating opportunities
* Providing exceptional support to ensure partner confidence in our platform
You will work closely with clients to foster continued business through relationship nurturing and providing unmatched value. This includes proactively addressing concerns, introducing new features, and ensuring issue resolution through clear and timely communication.
Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day account management via the Digistore24 platform
* Nurturing relationships and providing value to clients
* Effective communication through chats or video calls to address issues and follow up on resolutions
* Independent task tracking and weekly performance reporting according to assigned KPIs
* Ongoing self-education for industry knowledge and platform features
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated direct response marketing knowledge
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proactive and reactive problem-solving abilities
* Excellent customer service skills
* Above-average organization and time management capabilities
* Quick learner with ability to speak fluent English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus
