About this role
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a facilitator, supporting teams in implementing Agile methodologies and streamlining their processes.
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Scrum ceremonies are conducted smoothly and align with Agile principles.
You will also be expected to support and guide one Scrum team, potentially expanding your scope to include another team in the future.
Your expertise in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar will be valuable in achieving these goals.
In addition, you will have the chance to partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to help teams improve performance and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies according to Agile principles
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
* Implement SAFe practices
* Identify and remove impediments impacting team progress
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
* Experience working with distributed, global teams
