Job Summary
This position has a primary function managing, planning and control of activities of C&I (Commercial & Institutional) in Brazil, with strong focus on the contractor channel and life safety channels. This professional will be responsible for developing and executing the regional business plan, driving growth in volume, mix, and margin, strengthening customer relationships at multiple levels, and ensuring commercial discipline in forecasting, pipeline management, and pricing.
The role also includes team leadership, setting targets and monitoring performance, as well as promoting synergies within the One Eaton model and collaborating with Marketing, Operations, and Product Line Managers to deliver competitive solutions aligned with segment needs. The position requires 50% travel and strong ability to navigate channels, engineering teams, and global procurement organizations.
Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients, applyng the selected product portfolio in a best fit channels.

Job Responsibilities
Strategic Sales
Creates proper customer relationship at all levels generating proper communication matrix and customer mapping with key stakeholders
50% travel time .
Acts as senior management representative to key accounts, when appropriated.
Develops, approve with senior management and executes business and strategic plan focus on delivering company sales goals and profitability with development and execution of the region sales plans to achieve goals for sales volume, mix and growth.
Builds partnership with Eaton sister entities aiming to leverage sales synergy ( One Eaton ) in the region
Ensures a cost effective solution achieving sales and operating margin results
Directs the front end quotation that support the target customers in concert with existing infrastructure and operation capabilities
Manages accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted, generating a trustworthy FCST, pipeline and product management environment
Segment & Channels Knowledge And Capabilities
Strong knowledge about Channels and Contractor market segments
Capability to deploy/follow segments/channel policies, according to market segments, product family and aligning to the main Eaton Electrical Sector strategy
Knowledge/ability to connect traditional ESB product lines at Channels/End Users management level.
Ability to transit in all Channels levels from (buyers, managers, engineering).
Ability to interact with local customers with global centralized purchase organizations.
Evaluate local partnership with complementary service and product players to full fill Eaton portfolio gaps generating an appropriate offering according to segment needs and Product Line approvals.
Team Management & Organizational report
Directs the assigned selling resources at designated customer segments within the Brazil region
Develop and deploy sales budget / quotas per region and per sales representative
Provide effective direction, supervision and coaching to assigned direct personnel to assure a sales force capable of meeting objectives.
Ensure proper measurements and tracking records are accurate and understood by the employees and connected to the BU financial goals
Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and demand creation
Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales Engineers / sales representative to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Engineer's sales and activity performance.
Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance and also open feedback about performance with direct team. Develop and deploy sales budget per region and per sales representative. Works closely with marketing, product line managers, to ensuer stratigies are tuned to geographic customer, marketing needs.
Qualifications
Education level required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or any Engineering field, as long as the candidate brings solid technical knowledge relevant to the role.
Intermediate English.
Years And Area Of Experience Required
Solid experience in areas such as commercial, technical sales, customer management.
Relevant experience in leadership roles, preferably within sales-related functions (strong experience in related sales management positions).
Technical Knowledge Required
Strong Knowledge about channels, key account customers activities and market segments (Mainly Electrical and General contractors).
Knowledge on Fire systems and Electrical distribution dynamics.
Strong business acumen and negotiations skills.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Strong experience in related sales management positions.
Technical Knowledge Preferred
Knowledge on Fire systems and Electrical distribution dynamics. (fire systems or electrical systems/electrical distribution).
