Are you a motivated and experienced Tech Recruiter looking for a challenging opportunity? We have an exciting job opening in our high-growth organization, where you will play a critical role in shaping our recruitment strategy and driving business results.

* Source, screen and engage top-tier candidates for Technical roles (mostly Full Stack Python Developers)
* Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, with high volumes of roles and opportunities
* Use best-in-class tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox etc.) to drive sourcing, outreach and candidate engagement
* Work to aggressive hiring targets; the harder you work, the more you earn (UNCAPPED commissions)
* Maintain recruiting metrics, track performance and continuously improve sourcing and conversion rates

* Excellent English communication skills
* Proven experience in high-volume Technical recruiting
* Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms and modern recruiting tech stack
* Ability to manage multiple roles, pipelines and priorities simultaneously

* Base salary from USD 2,500-3,000/month plus uncapped commissions (top performers earn ~$2,000-$3,000/month just in commissions)
