Our client company is an e-commerce company specializing in high-quality mosaic products for residential and commercial spaces.
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Accounts Receivable Specialist
to manage
high-volume e-commerce payment processing and collections
. This role requires strong Excel skills,
QuickBooks
proficiency, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Order Processing, and E-commerce teams.
The ideal candidate has prior experience working with U.S.-based companies and understands
allowance accounts, journal entries, and automated payment systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter and reconcile large e-commerce accounts' payments.
* Communicate with the E-commerce Team on unresolved and pending items.
* Enter customer checks into Quickbooks using a spreadsheet log and check stub images.
* Manage automated card processing for prepayment customers, including troubleshooting errors in processing.
* Communicate with prepayment customers via phone and email regarding billing issues.
* Communicate with the Order Processing Team and the Sales Team when needed to resolve issues.
* Follow up on unpaid prepayment invoices and collections.
Qualifications
* Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (must-have requirement).
* 3–5 years of Accounts Receivable experience with
U.S. companies

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Hands-on experience with
QuickBooks
.
- Familiarity with
allowance accounts and journal entries
.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1-C2 English Level Required).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage high transaction volume and meet deadlines.
