The Opportunity
As a Tax Advisor / Staff Accountant, you will support financial and tax operations with a focus on document review, compliance, and client advisory.
This role may focus on one or both of the following areas:
Reviewing financial and tax documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
Responding to client questions and providing ongoing tax/accounting guidance throughout the year
You must be comfortable operating in structured, high-standard environments similar to Big Four performance expectations.
Your Responsibilities
* Review financial statements and tax documents for accuracy and compliance
* Analyze supporting documentation and identify discrepancies
* Provide clear responses to client tax and accounting inquiries
* Support year-round client advisory on accounting and tax matters
* Maintain organized documentation and audit-ready records
* Ensure alignment with U.S. accounting and tax standards
* Collaborate with internal teams to maintain process accuracy and efficiency

Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience at a Big Four accounting firm
* Experience working on U.S.-based projects
* Experience in tax, audit, or financial statement review
* Sustained full-time experience
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax compliance
* Advanced English proficiency
* High attention to detail and analytical skills
* Ability to manage client communication professionally
