As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide remote IT system support to employees. This role requires excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. You must have an analytical mindset and be efficient working individually and as part of a larger team.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze issues and develop solutions.
* Troubleshoot system, application, and hardware problems.
* Keep customers updated on ticket progress.
* Work remotely with customers to resolve issues.
* Utilize internal resources to find solutions to known issues.
* Conduct research to resolve complex issues when needed.
* Regularly update the ticket tracking system with status and fixes.
* Evaluate issues and escalate them to necessary teams as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or equivalent field preferred, or proven track record of IT experience required.
* Experience delivering technical solutions within a corporate environment.
* Background working in mixed platform environments.
* Desired qualifications: Experience in Advertising and/or Marketing industries, centrally managed computer environments, and A/V support experience not required but valued.
