Automotive Sales Professional
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of the revenue team, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence across Brazil.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets. You will identify and engage potential clients in the automotive sector, including dealerships, OEMs, fleet management companies, and trucking companies. A thorough understanding of client needs and tailored solutions will be essential to meeting their specific requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required, with proficiency in Spanish being a plus. The ability to travel frequently for face-to-face customer visits is also necessary.
You will work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns. Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients will also be a key part of your role. Regular updates on sales performance metrics will be provided to senior management.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the automotive sector. Proven track record of acquiring and managing enterprise accounts, such as dealerships, OEMs, large fleets, and trucking companies, is essential. SaaS sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is also highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is also required. Additionally, you will need to stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
