Project Execution Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the execution of complex projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Partner with stakeholders to provide regular updates and drive alignment across teams.
* Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve.
* Facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed.
* Support prioritization decisions by providing project insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis.
* Continuously improve project processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability.
* Track and report on project progress using appropriate metrics and tools.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience leading project execution for complex projects or initiatives.
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar).
* Hands-on experience using project management tools, such as Jira.
* Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role.
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity.
* Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and project trade-offs.
* Basic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts are a plus, but not required.
