Job Title
An SAP Technical Cutover Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end SAP technical activities to ensure a successful go-live with localization and deployment of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure.
* This role involves co-leading technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO, guiding project team efforts, and ensuring alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
* The Technical Cutover Manager will lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the project life cycle, including technical landscape readiness and completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities.
* Collaboration with various stakeholders, such as K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders, is essential to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Essential qualifications include 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role. A strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW, and more) and their integration points is required.
Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects is necessary for this Technical Cutover Manager to manage all technical activities of other technical cutover resources.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are also required.
