* This role involves developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing expert technical support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Evaluate client business requirements and guide them to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* Convert client requirements into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally.
* Participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams.
**Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
