We are looking for a skilled professional to lead the development of our next-generation lending platform. As a senior full-stack engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and scaling high-quality web applications.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development of scalable web applications using TypeScript and Next.js
* Drive architectural decisions and shape technical direction
* Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver meaningful features
* Mentor junior engineers and raise the bar on code quality
* Build integrations with cloud infrastructure, credit, income, and valuation vendors
* Optimize performance, scalability, and security across the stack
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in building and scaling web applications
* Expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, and React
* Strong experience with MongoDB, Redis, Docker
* Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or other cloud providers
* Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote environment
* Bonus: Zod, tRPC, Prisma, Jest/Playwright, BullMQ, fintech/lending background
