Delivery Execution Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Delivery Execution Lead to oversee the successful completion of complex, cross-functional initiatives in an agile engineering environment. This role will play a pivotal part in translating business priorities into actionable plans, driving clarity and ensuring delivery quality.
This is a hands-on, client-facing position for someone who enjoys taking ownership, navigating ambiguity, and keeping teams aligned and moving.
Your Responsibilities:
* Owning end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives from planning through execution and completion
* Building and managing delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination
* Partnering closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking
* Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
* Identifying and mitigating risks, resolving blockers, and adjusting plans as priorities evolve
* Facilitating working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed
* Supporting prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis
* Continuously improving delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability
* Tracking and reporting on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and tools
You'll Thrive in this Role If:
* You have 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* You possess strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
* You have hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* You can work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
* You possess strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role
* You can operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity
* You have experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs
* Bonus points if you have basic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts
