Key Account Manager Role
Keytel is the world's first alliance of independent hotels, with more than 3,000 affiliated hotels in 80 countries. This role is focused on defining goals, managing and acquiring a client portfolio, and executing the expansion plan for the assigned market.
Main Responsibilities:
* Build strong business relationships with the hotels in your portfolio.
* Optimize inventory, availability, and the competitiveness of rates offered through the Reservations Center.
* Negotiate conditions to maximize conversion and ensure the highest competitiveness index for the assigned hotels.
* Analyze demand data and booking patterns using internal tools to align contracted products with the demand from our agency network.
* Advise on online marketing and direct sales.
* Identify business opportunities in terms of new products, offers, or other services, in coordination with the department head and the Business Acceleration area.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2–3 years of experience, education in tourism or a related field, customer orientation, negotiation skills, and an advanced level of English.
