We are seeking a seasoned Agile expert to join our Product and Engineering team in a long-term project. This is a hands-on role ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
About the Opportunity
This opportunity presents a unique chance to support one to two Scrum teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
Key Responsibilities
1. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
2. Work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions
Required Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
