The Role of a Scrum Master
In this dedicated role, you will work on a long-term project in a Product & Engineering environment. As a hands-on professional, you will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, guide one or two Scrum teams, and partner with an enterprise Agile Coach.
Key responsibilities include identifying impediments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and working closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across regions.
This is a remote opportunity that requires excellent communication skills, ability to manage stakeholder expectations, and navigate team conflicts.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master, strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, and familiarity with SAFe and Agile tools like Jira and Confluence. Certifications in SAFe are highly desired.
