This role supports the high availability of business systems and the implementation of the cloud strategy through operations management, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Environment Operations and ManagementResponsible for the daily operation and management of public/private/hybrid cloud environmentsEnsuring high availability, performance, and stability of the cloud platformManaging cloud resource configuration, changes, and capacity planningAvailability, Monitoring, and Incident ManagementEstablishing and maintaining monitoring, alerting, and logging systemsManaging incidents, problems, and root cause analysis (RCA) in the cloud environmentDeveloping and practicing disaster recovery and business continuity plansSecurity and ComplianceCollaborating with the security team to implement cloud security policies (permissions, network, encryption, etc.)Ensuring the cloud environment complies with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policiesManaging vulnerabilities, patches, and configuration complianceCost and Resource Optimization (FinOps)Monitoring and analyzing cloud costs, driving resource optimization and cost controlEstablishing cloud cost allocation and budget management mechanismsCollaborating with business and finance teams to improve cloud resource utilization efficiencyAutomation and Continuous ImprovementPromoting Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automated operations, and self-service capabilitiesOptimizing operational processes to improve efficiency and reliabilitySupporting the implementation of DevOps/SRE practicesTeam and Vendor ManagementManaging the cloud operations team, responsible for personnel planning, training, and performance managementCoordinating with cloud service providers and third-party vendorsManaging cloud operations-related budgets and contractsQualificationsBachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field5+ years of experience in IT operations or cloud-related fieldsFamiliarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, etc.)Strong troubleshooting and systematic analysis skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with hybrid cloud or multi-cloud managementFamiliarity with containers, Kubernetes, and microservice architectureCloud, DevOps, or security-related certificationsExperience with FinOps or cost management practicesCore CompetenciesCloud architecture and operations management capabilitiesAutomation and continuous improvement mindsetCross-functional communication and collaboration skillsDecision-making and execution abilities in high-availability and high-pressure environments
