This role is responsible for optimizing complex opportunities and using data and analytics to build consultative and technical solutions for our customers, providing business insights, driving revenue, advertiser education, and satisfaction through a consultative, data-driven approach.Client Solutions Manager, South Cone Responsibilities:Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our clientsManage strategic marketing conversations with clients, agencies, and partners (media, creative, measurement partners, martech, etc.
)Advise clients on media and creative strategy, planning, measurement and optimization of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance IndicatorsUse data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions against client's marketing objectivesManage internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)Work and collaborate with a varied group of internal cross-functional teams, managing complex workstreamsManage a portfolio of clients in the Spanish Speaking South American countries with a cross-selling mindset and revenue driven goalsMinimum Qualifications:4+ years experience working directly in marketing, media and/or consulting firms, and demonstrated leadership skillsDegree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering Marketing or similarConsultative selling skillsFluency in both Spanish and EnglishAbility to act as a consultant for partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clients to actionEffective and creative problem-solving and decision-making skillsExperience and passion for working with numbers, analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insightsAbility to travel as needed for client and partner meetings (up to 20%)Experience working with Performance MarketingExperience to communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a team, with cross-functional teams and with multiple layers within the organization (internally and externally)Experience in Meta's advertising solutions and other digital advertising platformsPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree or postgraduate degreeExperience with the LATAM Pacific region (Chile, Peru, Colombia)Passion for ad tech, working with data, knowledge of Python, SQL, and/or statistical packages a plusExperience using AI toolsAbout Meta:Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
