Role Description
This part-time role involves designing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based SaaS products. You will be responsible for improving usability and visual consistency across the platform, collaborating with product managers and engineers to shape features from concept to delivery, and applying UX thinking to simplify complex, data-heavy or financial interfaces.

* Apply UX thinking to simplify complex, data-heavy or financial interfaces
* Maintain and evolve design systems and UI components
* Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment
* Support marketing initiatives when needed, including visual assets and design for marketing content
Requirements
* Proven experience as a UI/UX designer working on SaaS products
* Strong preference for experience in fintech, finance, or data-heavy platforms
* Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
* Strong visual design skills with high attention to detail
* Advanced proficiency in Figma (required)
* Ability to communicate design decisions clearly in English
* Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a part-time setup
Nice to Have
* Graphic design skills, especially to support marketing content and visual assets
* Experience working with early-stage or fast-growing startups
* Familiarity with design systems and accessibility best practices
* Experience collaborating in remote, distributed teams
