Web Development Specialist

We're looking for a skilled Web Development Specialist to join our team. This role involves leading and coaching clients in delivering interoperable software solutions using io.Connect Software Platform Suite.

* This position requires hands-on experience with JavaScript/interop-based solutions, including proof-of-concepts, to address client use cases and workflows.
* You will advise clients on technical strategy, architecture, and implementation of interoperable systems using modern web frameworks.
* Collaborate with clients' teams to assess needs, lead projects, coach developers, and ultimately align businesses with IT.
* Assist clients in building and maintaining complex front-end applications, such as dashboards and interactive platforms, for professional users.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure project success.

Your Profile:

* 5+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack development including modern JavaScript (ES6+).

  • * Familiarity with TypeScript or other programming languages (e.g., .NET, Java, Python, C++).
    * Proficiency with asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await), Node.js, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
    * Experience in enterprise environments with established mechanisms for governance, CICD, and other systematic approaches for managing horizontal scale.
    * Strong client-facing experience with excellent verbal and written English fluency.
    * Experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or B2B presales/account management.
    * Established skills in discovery, design thinking, or business analysis.
    * Proven ability to deliver projects under pressure in collaboration with client IT organizations.
