Here we offer you an exciting and dynamic work environment and will equip you with the know-how that will stretch and enhance your career journey.Responsibilities:Production planning: prepare master production plan based on the sales forecast, taking into consideration available resources, production capacity and established deadlines.Stock control: monitor the stock level of materials and semi-finished goods necessary for production, avoiding excesses or shortages.
Manage the purchase orders and the replacement of materials when necessary.Production scheduling: create a detailed production schedule, defining the sequences of activities, execution times and resource allocation, taking into account the constraints and priorities.Monitoring and control: monitor the production progress against the plan, identify deviations and implement corrective measures to ensure the plan's fulfillment and level of service to the customer.Capacity analysis: evaluate the company's production capacity, identifying bottlenecks, limitations, and opportunities to increase efficiency.
Make projections of future capacity and recommend necessary adjustments.Indicator analysis: analyze performance indicators related to production, such as productivity, quality, cycle time, and resource utilization.
Identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.Interdepartmental coordination: collaborate with other areas of the company, such as supplies, sales, production, engineering and logistics, to ensure efficient communication and alignment of information related to production.Follow up with suppliers: maintain frequent contact with suppliers to ensure that orders are delivered on time, to avoid disruptions in the chain or excess stock.
