To support its growing needs for corporate reporting and analysis, Louis Dreyfus Company has started the implementation of a new BackOffice solution based on SAP S/4 under a Program named BOLD – BackOffice Louis Dreyfus.
To cover the gaps between standard SAP S/4 and the LDC business requirements, we require ABAP, Fiori, and BI developers to enhance our SAP S/4 system. The daily coordination, hiring, evaluating, and coaching of these developers requires a Development Manager.
There are built-in growth opportunities in this role, branching into security, infrastructure, basis, and program management.

Mission
As an SAP Development Manager, you have the role of ensuring the delivery of all developments on time with high quality and good documentation. At the same time, you will also manage upwards and deliver KPIs and accompanying insights.

Responsibilities
Gatekeeper of the development delivery and quality.
Responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of the development roadmap.
Ensuring the quality through documentation, peer review, and unit testing.
Core team member for rollouts.
Contribute to the Design Phase by contributing to designs and estimates.
