This role requires 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, familiarity with Commission Junction or similar tools, and experience with BrandVerity or similar platforms. Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential, as well as intermediate experience with Excel/GSheets and MS Office.
You should be highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and capable of delivering quality work on time. The ability to work in any US timezone or a graveyard/night shift schedule in the Philippines is also required, ensuring effective collaboration with our global team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performance Reporting: Download and prepare performance reports using our proprietary analytics tool for End of Week (EOW), End of Month (EOM), and End of Year (EOY) deliverables.
* Compliance Monitoring: Conduct weekly checks of affiliate sites for valid and invalid promotion codes, sending templated emails to partners in violation.
* Outreach for Corrections: Send outbound templated emails to partners requesting corrections for compliance violations.
* BrandVerity Checks: Perform semi-weekly BrandVerity checks to monitor for trademark infringements and follow up with violators via templated emails.
* KPI Oversight: Check client KPIs daily, comparing them to defined guardrails and flagging any discrepancies to the Account Manager.
* Monthly Recaps: Process monthly voids and edits, compiling a comprehensive recap for internal review.

Requirements:
