Job Overview
The Regulatory Research Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting our global trade operations. This position is responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest legislative and regulatory changes across LATAM and North America.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor government websites, agencies, third-party sources, and in-country experts to maintain awareness of evolving regulations.
* Track customs duties, export controls, sanctions, tariff updates, and other compliance requirements across jurisdictions.
* Analyze and document new or amended legislation with high accuracy and clarity in an internal repository.
Working Relationships:
* Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and ERP/GTS specialists to ensure seamless data exchange and effective insights.
Requirements:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory information.
* Excellent communication skills with the capacity to document findings clearly and concisely.
