Senior Internal Talent Advisor
As a senior internal talent advisor, you will serve as a strategic liaison between stakeholders, requiring strong interpersonal management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.
You will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or human resources roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing roles.
Your key responsibilities include:
 * Acting as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
 * Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
 * Overseeing the performance of the recruitment delivery team (the pod), ensuring all service level agreements and key performance indicators are consistently met.
 * Analyzing operational data and identifying trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
 * Influencing and guiding the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining a high standard of stakeholder satisfaction.
Required qualifications include:
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
 * Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and stakeholders.
 * Native proficiency in English, with Spanish being a plus.
 * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence.
 * Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
 * Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
