About the role
My name is Lena, founder of Go! Running Tours. This position will lead all marketing activities for both B2C and B2B clients across growing markets (some growing 100+%). The marketing DNA required is analytical and structured, combined with creativity to craft copy, spot new opportunities, and connect the dots between B2C and B2B.
Key responsibilities
Create and optimize email newsletters and automated flows; own email marketing strategy.
Plan, run, and analyze paid campaigns on Meta and Google; explore new platforms and scale proven initiatives across destinations.
Research new tech, trends, and growth opportunities to test and scale.
Develop case studies and explore sponsorship and partnership ideas to reach new runners, companies and destinations.
Collaborate closely with me and provide regular updates; support growth initiatives across the organization.
What we’re looking for
Experience with B2C and B2B marketing in a growth‑focused environment.
Strong analytical mindset; ability to research, test, learn and scale.
Hands‑on experience with email automation platforms and paid media.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Compensation & contract details
USD 1,400 per month, 25 hours per week. Managed via Upwork. The role is part‑time; we value work‑life balance and do not expect 60+ hour weeks.
