Technical Requirements - Computer Specifications:
* A PC or Laptop with at least an Intel 8th Gen processor (Core i5 and above), AMD Ryzen 5 3000 series or above, with Windows 11, or a Mac M1 processor or above, with a minimum of 8 GB of RAM and a 256 GB SSD.
* Two screens/monitors.
* USB Wireless headset or a USB wired Headset.
* At least a 40 Mbps internet connection. It needs to be wired to minimize latency.

The time taken to create a social media post, script, or corporate communication, from initiation to completion.
Operational Efficiency:
Evaluate the efficiency of processes and procedures, measuring the effectiveness of social media posts within the social media marketing team.
Compliance Rate:
Ensuring social media efforts are following current firm SOPs. Ensuring marketing development efforts are following third party requirements (BAR).
Training Effectiveness:
Provide feedback to social media team lead,regarding all training being current and geared towards proficiency.
