Data Architecture Design
As a GCP Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will utilize services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Composer, and others to develop high-performance Extract, Transform, Load (ETL)/Extract, Load, Transform (ELT) pipelines.
Your tasks will include ensuring data quality, integrity, and security end-to-end, creating and maintaining data models aligned with business needs, collaborating with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to support advanced analytics and machine learning use cases, automating ingestion, transformation, and data delivery processes, and monitoring and optimizing cost and performance of GCP resources.
