The ISD Packaging Business Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that promote sustainable growth and innovation in packaging segments. This includes overseeing cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative work environment, identifying market opportunities, and expanding the company's presence in key industry segments.
In addition to your business acumen, exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role. You should also have fluency in Portuguese and English. An in-depth understanding of the Brazilian market, especially within food and beverages, cleaning, personal care, pharmaceuticals, and electronics sectors, is also required.
This role follows an on-site working model, requiring at least four days a week in the office located in Sumaré, São Paulo. The right candidate will be able to adapt quickly to our dynamic work environment and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree.
* Proven experience in business leadership, preferably in the packaging industry or related market segments.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Portuguese and English.
* In-depth understanding of the Brazilian market, especially within food and beverages, cleaning, personal care, pharmaceuticals, and electronics sectors.
