This freelance role involves leveraging your technical expertise to evaluate candidates' problem-solving abilities, coding skills, and overall fit.
This is a flexible, remote opportunity with a per-interview payment structure and schedule control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct online technical interviews across various technology roles.
* Evaluate candidates on coding, design principles, architecture, and problem-solving.
* Provide fair, unbiased assessments of candidate performance.
* Stay updated with the latest technologies and interview best practices.
* Collaborate with our team to improve interview frameworks.
Domain Expertise Required
We're seeking experienced software developers, engineers, and technical leads from the LATAM region with expertise in one or more of the following domains:
* Java Developers (Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs)
* Python Developers (Django, FastAPI, Flask, Data Engineering, APIs)
* .NET Developers (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Azure)
* C++ Developers (STL, Multithreading, Systems Programming)
* Javascript/ Frontend Developers (React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript)
* Full-Stack Developers (MERN, MEAN, or similar)
Specialized Roles:
* Machine Learning/AI Engineers (NLP, CV, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
* Data Engineers (Big Data, Spark, Kafka, SQL/NOSQL, Cloud Data Platforms)
* Cloud Engineers/Architects (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform)
* Mobile Developers (Android – Java/Kotlin, iOS – Swift/Objective-C, React Native, Flutter)
* DevOps/SRE Engineers (CI/CD, Cloud, Monitoring, Automation)
* Cybersecurity Engineers (Network Security, IAM, Application Security)

Basic Qualifications:
* Must be based in LATAM
* 8+ years of hands-on technical experience in your chosen domain
* Strong knowledge of coding, architecture, and design patterns
* Prior experience in interviewing, mentoring, or technical training preferred
* Excellent communication skills in English and/or Spanish
* Ability to conduct structured and unbiased evaluations
* Reliable internet connection and availability for scheduled interviews
