Please submit your CV in English, as it will be reviewed by an international team.THE POSITIONThe Head of Competition Management and Team Services shall have dual reporting to the Team Services and Competition Management departments in FIFA HQ Zurich and to the Executive Operations Director. Under the leadership of the FIFA HQ team, they shall ensure the successful management and implementation of the Team Services and Competition Management projects for the FIFA Women's World Cup ("FWWC").The Head of Competition Management and Team Services will work together with the Team Services and Competition Management Team in FIFA HQ Zurich to ensure:the best possible standard of team facilities can be provided for the tournament across Brazilthe best possible standard of Competition and Match Operations can be delivered by the Competition Management team at the tournament.efficient and smooth team and competition operations can be put in place by the Team Services and Competition Management team jointly with the relevant functional areas before and during the tournament.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESImplement the Team Services project, under the direction of the FIFA Team Services department in FIFA HQ ZurichImplement the Competitions projec, under the direction of the FIFA Competition Management department in FIFA HQ ZurichLead and manage the (FIFA27) Competition Management and Team Services sub-division which includes Team Services, Competition Management, Training Site Infrastructure and Referees ManagementBe responsible for the LFS (FIFA27) parts of project management for Competition Management & Team ServicesDevelop the LFS' (FIFA27) Competition Management & Team Services budget, under the guidance of the FIFA Team Services and FIFA Competition Management departments, and regularly review and report to also ensure alignmentWork closely with the relevant governmental and non-governmental institutions, the national, regional and local football community in all matters related to Competition Management and Team Services (under the guidance of the FIFA HQ Zurich team)Represent Competition Management and Team Services at required key and strategic meetings as well as site inspections when necessaryEnsure overall efficient communication channels to all other functional areas within the LFS (FIFA27) as well as to external partnersOverseeing the planning & delivery of all competition related events, such as FIFA test events, the Draw, the Team Seminar and Team Workshop as well as FIFA Refereeing's seminars and workshops, in close collaboration with the FIFA counterparts focusing on the delivery part of the Local Entity;Oversee and supervise the recruitment, training, management of the Competition Management & Team Services team members in BrazilCollaborate with the Infrastructure & Technical Services team on all stadium and team equipment requirements (i.e., Team Materials, Field of Play Equipment, Training Site Equipment) to ensure procurement, delivery, and placement.Be responsible for reporting on a regular basis to the FWWC Senior Management TeamTeam Services specific (under the leadership of FIFA HQ Zurich):Oversee the delivery of all team facilities according to the FWWC Hosting Requirements;Oversee the planning, coordination and implementation of all services to be delivered to the teams according to FIFA regulations, policies and guidelines;Ensure consistency in terms of levels of services and standards across all Host Cities;Be responsible for the planning and implementation of all team/referees' operations with focus on the coordination with the local parties;Overview and supervise FIFA Team Services and Refereeing staff inspections as well as the teams' inspection visits in Brazil as required;Ensure support for the FIFA Refereeing team on any pre-tournament organised seminars and workshops.Manage all LFS (FIFA27) Team Services staffing – including recruitment, preparing policies & procedures, training and administration requirements, integration into stadium staffing teams - in the lead-up to the FWWCCompetition Management specific (under the leadership of FIFA HQ Zurich):Oversee the successful operational coordination and delivery of Competition Management, according to the guidance given by FIFA HQ Zurich;Monitor and ensure all stadium competition areas construction/refurbishment are in alignment with FIFA Hosting Requirements, in conjunction with FIFA27 Venue Management;Plan and delivery of competition and stadium readiness exercises and training materialsPrepare written reports and presentations on the progress of Competition Management mattersManage all LFS (FIFA27)Competition Management staffing – including recruitment, preparing policies & procedures, training and administration requirements, integration into stadium staffing teams -
