 
        
        Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our talent acquisition team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This key role will focus on strategic liaison between clients and recruiters, driving high-quality recruitment services delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Serve as primary point of contact between clients and recruiters, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery of recruitment services.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering expert consulting and data-driven recommendations to drive business growth.
 * Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
 * Analyze operational data and identify trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
 * Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
 * Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
 * Native English speaker or fluent in English (Portuguese is an asset).
 * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence.
 * Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
 * Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
