About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and recruiting top technology talent for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of recruitment experience, including IT recruitment, with a strong background in direct headhunting and technical evaluation. They will also possess excellent networking and relationship-building skills, as well as fluency in English communication. Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills are essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage top technology candidates through various sourcing channels.
* Conduct in-depth technical evaluations and assessments of candidates' skills and competencies.
* Partner with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Create job descriptions and post jobs on relevant job boards and databases.
* Negotiate offers and contracts with selected candidates.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of recruitment experience, including IT recruitment.
* Minimum 3 years of direct headhunting experience for permanent and contract technology candidates.
* Strong technical evaluation skills and ability to assess candidates' technical skills.
* Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
* Fluency in English communication (verbal and written).
* Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
* Familiarity with MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Experience working with CRM or ATS systems.
