Web Developer - You will be responsible for rebuilding and enhancing the digital front-end experience using React and Strapi v5, ensuring top-tier performance, stability, and scalability. This role requires a proactive professional capable of taking ownership from day onesomeone who can solve complex problems, implement robust solutions, and drive ongoing improvements across the platform. This is not an entry-level position. Responsibilities- Architect and develop fast, scalable, and reliable front-end solutions using React and Strapi. - Rebuild, refine, and optimize existing website sections to maximize performance and conversion. - Maintain Core Web Vitals in the green, using real-user monitoring and observability tools. - Design, implement, and manage content structures, schemas, and data models in Strapi v5. - Integrate CMS features with analytics and marketing tools such as Vercel, Microsoft Clarity, HubSpot APIs, and Google Analytics. - Automate deployment workflows and repetitive development tasks to improve efficiency. - Collaborate closely with design, content, and product teams to ensure seamless execution. - Ensure accurate tracking, strong server response performance, and a high-quality user experience across all devices. - Evaluate and responsibly incorporate AI-assisted development tools that enhance productivity without compromising code quality. Qualifications- 3 years of hands-on experience building front-end applications with React. - Advanced experience working with Headless CMS platforms, particularly Strapi (v4; v5 preferred). - Proficiency with Vercel, GitHub, continuous deployment, and server-side integrations. - Solid understanding of API configuration and consumption within Headless CMS environments. - Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and deploy fixes in real-time production environments. - Demonstrated experience improving conversion rates and running A/B testing experiments. - Strong knowledge of analytics tools and CMS integrations. - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Bonus Skills- Experience integrating and customizing HubSpot APIs. - Familiarity with SEO, CRO, and performance-driven digital strategies. - Previous experience working in high-growth or startup environments. - Exposure to AI-driven development workflows, frameworks, or tools.
