What You’ll Do - Order & Customer Management: Process customer orders, resolve complaints, and ensure delivery timelines. - Sales Insights & Analytics: Generate and analyze sales reports to help the sales team make data-driven decisions. - Cross-Team Liaison: Act as a connector between customers, production, distribution, and sales teams. - Systems Management: Implement and train teams on tools to improve sales operations. - Administrative Support: Ensure smooth interactions between business, vendors, and customers. Key Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - 4 years in sales operations, customer support, or similar roles (FMCG experience preferred). - Strong knowledge of sales systems, databases, and analytics tools. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
