Service Delivery Expert
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our service operations. The role requires hands-on ownership of SLAs, incident processes, on-call and skills coverage, SOPs and first-line/SRE enablement, configuration management, SLA metrics and reporting. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining an on-call and coverage plan that ensures all critical skills are available when needed.

We're looking for someone with experience in 24/7 or extended-hours operations including on-call or follow-the-sun setups. You should have a track record of creating or improving SOPs/runbooks/triage guides training first-line/SRE teams.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Act as Incident Lead/Coordinator during major incidents keeping engineers focused customers informed.
You will work closely with Account Management Sales shaping paid change requests clarifying what is in scope vs out of scope monitoring effort vs contract protecting margins flagging risks early under-scoped contracts chronic over-use under-utilized capacity working in a matrix environment coordinating different technical teams engineering DevOps SRE staffing delivering engagements effectively ensure new team members reach a productive independent state quickly safely。
J ob Requirements: 5+ years in Service Delivery Managed Services IT Operations Enterprise Support roles serving external customers (not internal IT).
