We are seeking a Senior SAP Plan-to-Deliver (P2D) Logistics Consultant to take responsibility for end-to-end logistics execution processes within SAP S/4HANA. This role is vital for designing and implementing solutions that improve delivery performance, transportation efficiency, and supply chain visibility within a manufacturing environment. This is a senior, hands-on role. We are looking for a professional who can design, configure, and drive business impact in a complex S/4HANA transformation environment rather than a standard staff augmentation profile Key Responsibilities - Solution Design & Architecture: Design SAP S/4HANA logistics execution solutions and define outbound and inbound delivery processes. - Implementation & Configuration: Configure logistics execution processes in both ECC and S/4HANA, including deliveries, shipments, and transportation planning. - System Integration: Ensure seamless integration between SD, MM, warehouse systems, and transportation platforms. - Project Delivery: Lead workshops with logistics and supply chain teams, defining workstream scopes and supporting testing through go-live. - Business Liaison: Act as a bridge between logistics, supply chain, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical SAP solutions. - Performance Optimization: Improve cost performance, optimize logistics processes, and leverage S/4HANA analytics to enhance visibility into logistics KPIs. Technical & Professional Requirements - Seniority: Senior Consultant / Lead level, with 5+ years of experience preferred. - SAP Expertise: Strong expertise in SAP SD and Logistics Execution (ECC and S/4HANA). - Core Skills: Extensive knowledge of delivery/transportation processes and integration with warehouse systems. - Industry Experience: Mandatory experience in the Manufacturing sector. Experience in the Automotive industry is a strong plus. - Project History: Participation in at least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
